Independence Day: 7/4/04

Here's to having a 4th of July barbecue next year on our balcony. We're just not set up enough this year to do it. We spent the whole day painting and running errands.

The grill that the previous owners left is nothing more than a glorified camping stove. Since the one we already have is better, we'll be donating their old one either to a neighbor or to a charity. Ian bought a nice Weber grill and we plan to use it next weekend when we're a little more settled.

Tonight after a full day at the new place we stopped at Home Depot to pick up more paint and other supplies.

To all the folks who had to work this holiday weekend, THANK YOU! Every weekend is precious to make this move work and really appreciate it.
