What Are You Reading: September 27, 2010: 09/27/10It's Monday! What Are You Reading, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list. I love being a part of this and I hope you do too! As part of this weekly meme I love to encourage you all to go and visit the others participating in this meme. I offer a weekly contest for those who visit 10 or more of the Monday Meme participants and leave a comment. You receive one entry for every 10 comments, just come back here and tell me how many in the comment area. Four of my finished books were for research. Most of the others were graphic novels. I am continuing to read for research. I would like to finish The Red Pyramid and The Quest for Merlin's Map this week but the research will of course, come first. Finished Last Week:

I tend to stick to fiction only. :-) Comment #2: Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 16:27:37 Pussreboots I mostly read fiction too but I have to read nonfiction right now for my research. Ahhh...Anne of Green Gables! I really really want to read this series, as it's one I truly loved watching in my youth. Enjoy your week and don't research too much! :o) Thanks for stopping by earlier too! Comment #16: Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 16:34:22 Pussreboots For Anne of Green Gables, I'm re-reading a free ebook version of the book. Actually it's a scanned copy from the first edition. When things calm down with my research I might pick up the third book in Westerfeld's series. Comment #17: Monday, September, 27, 2010 at 22:26:52 Wow! That is a lot of books this week... One is on the use of GIS (geographic information systems) in disaster response and the other is on the use of blogs by public libraries. Comment #24: Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 16:37:05 Pussreboots I read the Percy Jackson series too before I started. But you don't have to. Carter and Sadie aren't part of Camp Half Blood. |
