It's Monday! What Are You Reading? (September 11): 09/11/17

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? (August 31)
Hosted by Kathryn of Book Date.

With school starting, my youngest has caught the cold that is going around her school, and she's shared it with me. Boo.

I'm slowly reading The Wangs vs the World. Part of my problem is the editions' small typeface. I know I need to get my eyes checked and I'm certain I need reading glasses. That's next on my list of things to do after the house buying stuff is over and done with.

What I read:

I'm Thinking of Ending Things

My daughter is nearly over it. That just leaves me.

I wore glasses as a teen and then grew out of the need. Now though I seem to be back to needing them.

Hear the Wovles sounds interesting, as does The Dragon Princess. I hope you enjoy your books!

Here's my It's Monday! What Are You Reading? post.

The Dragon Princess is the sixth book in the Frog Princess series. It takes place years after the initial books and deals with Emma's daughter.

The glasses issue will be easy once I find the time to make an appointment.

Good luck with the glasses and the house buying. You're reading a lot of good books.

The house buying/selling has me more stressed out than the glasses.

I'm curious about Finding Audrey and Latte Trouble.

Have a great week, and thanks for visiting my blog.

The first twenty pages of Finding Audrey are funny but I don't know where the plot is going yet. Latte Trouble is the third of the Coffeehouse mystery series.

First of the year colds are one of the many things I don't miss about teaching. Hope you both feel better soon. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

This year's cold took us by surprise because we've been so preoccupied with selling our house and buying a new one. The initial drama, though, is over and I can just wallow in my cold for a day.

I enjoyed Latte Trouble. It's the third in the series but you could read it by itself.

I'll be interested to hear how you like Wangs vs. The World. I had a hard time with it, but it may have been the frame of mind I was in at the time.

Have a great week!

Wangs vs the World is going to take me a while. Two weeks of reading and I'm only at page 40.

Uck hope you feel better soon! I am getting my behind kicked by allergies, so I feel your pain.

Wrong Side of the Paw looks cute! :)

I read a few Sophie Kinsella books when my kids were babies and they made me laugh. Just what I needed at the time. I haven't read Finding Audrey though. Enjoy your reading week!

Finding Audrey has teenaged kids and a Mum who is worried about too much screen time. I'm only about thirty pages in, but I'm enjoying it.

The Spencer Quinn books are good for a weekend of reading. The Wrong Side of the Paw is number six in the series and I recommend all of them.

Oh no, back to school colds are no fun. It hasn't happened to us yet (knock on wood) but it's only been a week so I'm sure they will happen at some point. Enjoy your week!

Cleo Coyle writes fantastic cozy mysteries. I love that they are coffee themed! I haven't read them in awhile, but I keep meaning to reread them and get back into the series.

I hope you guys feel better soon, and thank you for stopping by my blog!

I am enjoying Coyle's books, though sometimes they get a little too obsessive with coffee. I'm listening to the audio books usually when I do house hold chores.

We're over our colds. Thanks for asking.
