The Loveliest Chocolate Shop in Paris sounds good... perfect for Paris in July.

It was good but it wasn't exactly an escapist read.

Happy anniversary!

I kept seeing The Lost Books: The Scroll of Kings by Sarah Prineas on your list and thinking I want to try that. Apparently I had already requested it at the library, because it came in this past week. Maybe I'll get to it soon.

Thanks! I've brought along The Lost Books on the trip. We'll see how far I manage to get in it. I suspect this week I'll only be finishing one, maybe two books.

Catstronauts was good. I'm hoping to start The Lost Books on this trip. We'll see.

Oh I just love Jenny Colgan! Hope you enjoyed The Loveliest Chocolate Shop. I actually liked her other books even better, so keep going if you haven't read her others!

It was a weird book. I have one more of Colgan's books on hand. We'll see how that goes.

The Loveliest Chocolate Shop in Paris and Cat Got Your Diamonds sound neat. I saw The Spook in the Stacks at a bookstore in downtown Manteo on Friday since we always visit the store when we are on the Outer Banks. The Dashwood Sisters Tell All looks like fun too.

Have a great week.

I'm reading Cat Got Your Diamonds now. I've just started chapter five. It's good so far.

There were some fun moments in the book but I wouldn't call the book fun. Not like how Meet Me at the Cupcake Cafe was fun.

I think for the moment it's put me off chocolate.

Most of your books are unfamiliar but I did enjoy The Scroll of Kings. I love any book where the main character wants to be a librarian. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

I have it with me on the trip but I don't know if I'll get to it. I don't read much when I'm traveling.

Your reading life is always so packed. Just like the rest of your life, I suppose! The Kiss Quotient was a DNF for me, but I keep wondering if I should have given it more time.

I left The Kiss Quotient at home so I won't get to it until next week at the earliest.
