Three's the Charm 6/2/04

After work last night Ian, Sean and I rushed to east bay, grabbed a quick bite to eat and then toured a lovely townhouse in the Hayward hills. It's a split level with the living room, kitchen and laundry room upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. It has lots of out of sight storage space and a large kitchen. We knew we had to make an offer.

This morning we heard that the owners were overjoyed at our offer so now we're in the next step of the process to becoming first time home owners. No more rent!
