Getting There: 11/19/04

The pedometer goal is ten thousand steps a day. Twice this week I've reached that goal. I'm hoping to reach the goal more often. I might not be able to do it every day because there are days at work when I am chained to my desk (no not literally) so I would have to do a lot of pacing in the office to get the step count up.

New Water Heater:

Over the winter holiday Ian and I will be getting a new water heater installed. Our current one is old, inefficient and inconsistent in its temperatures. The money we'll save on heating costs will pay for the water heater over the course of next year. At least our forced air heater is efficient and cheap to run when we need it.

Almost Reading:

Sean has gotten to the rote memorization stage of reading. He has his favorite lines from his favorite books memorized and "reads" along with Ian or me when we read to him. He can nearly recite the entire Caps For Sale book and much of Owl Babies.
