Ako and Bambi, Volume 2: 05/04/25
Ako and Bambi, Volume 2 by Hero and Jan Cash (Translator) continues the story of the writer who is visited regularly by the disembodied projection of a high school girl. The book opens with Bambi taking a trip to the high school during their cultural festival. While there he figures out the connection between Ako and her living counterpart, Yamashiro. But much of the book is spent on a confusing and pointless subplot involving Bambi and his two nearly identical siblings. I suppose these scenes are supposed to be funny and maybe lampshade the fact that the mangaka doesn't draw that many different types of people. But to me they were just confusing and boring filler.
